(Allen 2015) Morris & Co, Chelsea Harbour Design Centre. London.

In September I took a trip to London for the London Design Festival, mainly to visit the trade shows and to see the designers work being displayed. I encountered many opportunities for secondary research, Inspiration and vital contacts. I also fulfilled my dream of seeing William Morris's wallpapers, fabrics, tapestries and manuscripts.

Here is a journal of the places I visited and items I saw which inspired me.

Where I visited many showrooms including Lewis & Wood, Cole & Sons, Romo, Sanderson, Ann Sacks, Armani/Casa, Colefax and Fowler.

Where I saw a beautiful array of fabrics, cushions, sofas, silk scarves.
